I just love smoothies. I try making one as often as I can. Lately, I’ve been traveling with my Shades of Color Travel Mug, which is great for smoothies on the go. Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sweetened almond milk
1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup green seedless grapes (preferably frozen)
2 medium stalks celery leaf, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons honey
Directions
In blender a combine all ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy.
